The current officers of Texas Council are:

BY-LAWS OF TEXAS COUNCIL No. 335
ALLIED MASONIC DEGREES

Article I. NAME

The name of this Council shall be Texas No. 335 and its Jurisdiction shall be the State of Texas. top

Article II. CUSTODY OF CHARTER

The Secretary shall have custody of the Charter. top

Article III. MEETINGS

There shall be four (4) regular meetings of this Council each year, one each in the months of March, June, September, and December which later meeting shall be the annual meeting. Special meetings may be called by the Sovereign Master. top

Article IV. OFFICERS

The elective officers of this Council shall be the Sovereign Master, Senior Warden, Junior Warden, Treasurer and Secretary, and shall be elected at the annual meeting. The appointive officers shall be the Chaplain, Senior Deacon, Junior Deacon and Tiler. All officers shall be installed at the annual meeting or as soon thereafter as practical. top

Article V. MEMBERSHIP

Membership shall consist of Brethren proposed by any member of the Council and shall be limited to twenty seven in number. Such proposal shall receive a clear ballot at any meeting of the Council before an invitation is extended. Membership shall be predicated on membership in good standing in a Chapter of Royal Arch Masons. top

Article VI. CONTRIBUTIONS AND FEES

The fee for investiture in this Council shall include the cost of an Allied Masonic Degrees apron, member's jewel, and lapel pin, and a Royal Ark Mariner's apron, member's jewel, and lapel pin, Allied Masonic Degrees ritual, plus the annual dues for the year. The annual dues shall be such an amount as may be set by the Council from time to time. Such increases in the Annual Per Capita Fee as might be authorized by the Allied Masonic Degrees of the United States of America shall automatically increase the annual dues of this Council by a like amount. top

Article VII. AMENDMENTS

The By-Laws may be amended, altered or repealed by a two-thirds vote of the members at any meeting of the Council, provided the Secretary has notified each member in advance of such intentions. Amendments or changes will become effective upon approval of the Grand Council.

These By-Laws have been approved by Texas Council No. 335, on August 14,1995.

after the clause "...Allied Masonic Degrees Ritual...." in the first sentence, add the following "... and the cost of the engraved Council member's cannon...."
